3. Cancellations, Deposits, and No-Shows
Wax Reveal By Carmen maintains appointment policies designed to respect the time of both our clients and service providers.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service price is required at the time of booking.
Our current cancellation and rescheduling policies include the following:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits are non-transferable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show.
Clients wishing to reschedule should use the rescheduling option provided through our booking system rather than canceling and creating a new booking.
A 7-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
Arrivals exceeding the grace period may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
Appointment confirmation and reminder messages are provided as a courtesy. Clients remain responsible for recording and attending their scheduled appointments, regardless of whether a reminder is received.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment requirements displayed during booking or communicated before your appointment govern the appointment, subject to applicable law.
4. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to independently book an appointment or submit personal information through this Website.
Wax Reveal By Carmen may provide certain waxing services to minors, subject to applicable laws, age restrictions, parental or guardian consent, and our studio policies.

Wax Reveal By Carmen offers prepaid service packages known as "Wax Passes," allowing clients to purchase multiple waxing services under specific package terms.
Wax Passes may include packages for Brazilian waxing, eyebrow waxing, underarm waxing, eyebrow tinting, or combinations of eligible services.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, our current Wax Pass policies provide that:
Three-session Wax Passes must be redeemed within six months of the purchase date.
Six-session Wax Passes must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.
Wax Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law.
An appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of its scheduled time may result in the loss of one session from the applicable Wax Pass.
The specific services included, purchase price, expiration date, and other restrictions are provided when the Wax Pass is purchased.
If we offer memberships, subscriptions, or automatically renewing service packages in the future, their specific terms will be disclosed at the time of enrollment, including billing amounts, renewal frequency, cancellation procedures, and any applicable restrictions.
Any automatically renewing purchase will be subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. Where recurring billing is offered, customers will be provided with the required disclosures and available cancellation methods.
